This 60-minute, all-levels class is designed to help you release tension, reconnect with your body, and root yourself in the present moment. You’ll flow through restorative poses and uplifting movements, supported by the calming atmosphere of our botanical space.
Please bring a yoga mat and a journal. For the last half hour, we’ll close the class in circle, taking time to reflect, connect, and share insights from the practice. Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more deeply connected—to yourself and the world around you.
